new beginnings...

 

rona has landed and london is in lockdown. it is quite the experience looking at london from this angle, summer nights have never been so quiet? with all that is happening in the world I am guessing it is the best time to try to maintain some level of sanity and structure, so i’m putting a plan into play. I don’t have the greatest discipline levels so I figure I will make this as easy on myself as is humanly possible.


 

my small and simple steps into lockdown.

my breakfast of champions

x 1 large grapefruit

as most people know i have digestion issues so I peel the skin (including the segment skin) and store in a jar in the fridge - i don’t want to be peeling grapefruit every morning so I peel three at a time ;)

my current drink of choice

x1 decent sized watermelon

x6 juicy oranges

that’s all, basic but delicious - push it through the juicer, decant into bottles and store in the fridge.

 
 

my daily goal

x2 gallons o’ water

x1 handful o’ mint leaves (optional)

I think we are all aware of the fact that hydration is now and forever will be the key.
